The utility's services, projects, and activities span over 14,384 square kilometres and include 18,000 km of water and sewerage pipeline. Queensland Urban Utilities provides 128 billion litres of drinking water daily and removes 117 million litres of wastewater every day. On July 10, 2018 at the Singapore International Water Week 2017, CEO Louise Dudley, accepted the prestigious invitation for membership into the Leading Utilities of the World network and received a 'Golden Tap' award for utility performance, representing the achievement of the highest level of utility service.
