Shenzhen Water & Environment Group is Leading Utilities of the World's first Chinese member utility. It provides the megacity of Shenzhen with water and wastewater services, has over 30 million customers and operates nearly $7 billion of assets, including 141 treatment plants and WWTPs. On 15th April 2024, Limin Gong, President of Shenzhen Water and Environment Group, accepted the Golden Tap trophy on behalf of his utility, establishing his company as a member of the Leading Utilities of the World network.
