Aquatech 2025 saw the Leading Utilities of the World incoporate its newest member into the network - De Watergroep from Belgium. At the network's inauguration event, Hans Goossens, CEO, gave a presentation on the innovations his utility has employed to address its challenges before being awarded the Golden Tap trophy.

There was also a membership renewal for Denver Water, USA, represented by CEO Alan Salazar. Membership renewals are for utilities who have been members of the network for at least five years and have maintained their pursuit of excellence.
